Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or product damage upon delivery.

Product Condition

• The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging.
• Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

Reporting Damages

Return Process

• Once your return request is approved, you may be required to ship the product back within 48 hours.
• Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Pick-Up Service

Our pick-up facility is available in select locations. In other cases, customers may need to arrange shipment via courier.

Refund Policy

If a refund is requested and approved, it will be processed via NEFT within 10 working days, subject to a successful quality check of the returned product.

We strive to arrange product pick-up within 7 to 14 working days from the time your return request is received, depending on your location. However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical or operational challenges.
